🌱 Please select the earliest convenient appointment available. During the booking process, you'll have the option to join my cancellation list to receive a text notification if an earlier visit time opens up. Newborns take priority on my schedule!

🌱 Weekend visits include a $50 surcharge fee. I love offering weekend visits but I also value the weekend as my family time!  Please note this fee applies to self-pay and insurance clients.

🌱 Please bring your spouse, partner or support person to your visit!

🌱 If you are experiencing âš¡engorgement, plugged ducts or mastitisâš¡ I will text you a document with suggestions you can immediately implement when I confirm your visit.  

🌱 I am in-network with many insurance plans:  Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, and United.  Some plans will cover lactation care at 100% and some plans will require cost-sharing.  After booking your visit, I will text you with more information about applying your insurance benefits for your upcoming visit if you have one one of these plans.

🌱 I am not in-network with Capital Health Plan.  I encourage CHP members to request Prior Authorization AFTER booking your first visit.  Prior Authorization is a CHP requirement for superbill reimbursement. I do not offer cost sharing or out-of-network billing with CHP. Self-pay fees apply to CHP.  Click HERE for details. 

🌱 Please email me at laura@healthandlaction.com BEFORE booking if you have twins or triplets.  Multiples require a longer visit time with an additional fee for self-pay clients.

🌱 All self-pay fees are due at the end of your visit.  I accept credit/debit, HSA/FSA, check or cash.
