- Home visits farther than 15 miles from the Florida State Capitol Building at 400 South Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL 32399 require a travel fee of $35+ depending on your location. Home visit requests outside of my travel radius are considered on a case-by-case scenario.
- I am contracted with The Lactation Network. Many PPO insurance plans qualify for home visits and telehealth visits with no out-of-pocket fees. Click HERE to see if your insurance plan qualifies.
- I am contracted with Wildflower Health. All Cigna plans qualify for lactation care through Wildflower Health with no out-of-pocket pocket fees for home visits and telehealth visits. Click HERE to register with Wildflower Health to claim your Cigna lactation benefits.
- I am not contracted with Capitol Health Plan. Self pay fees apply to CHP clients.
- I will provide a superbill for you to request reimbursement if your insurance isn’t eligible for coverage through TLN or Wildflower Lactation.
- I am not contracted with Medicaid insurance plans. Medicaid does not reimburse for my services. WIC offers lactation support for eligible families. Click HERE for more information.
